Michigan Licensed Math Substitute Teacher

To support a growing culinary arts program, the full-time Michigan Licensed Math Substitute Teacher will provide engaging instruction in food preparation, kitchen safety, and hospitality skills while working remotely and maintaining a professional home office environment. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver culinary arts curriculum aligned to state standards and CTE pathways Teach food preparation techniques, nutrition, and kitchen management while maintaining a safe and organized classroom Assess student progress through practical and written evaluations, and manage inventory and equipment within budget Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Education, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience) Valid Michigan Math Teaching Certification required Professional culinary or food service experience preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations Ability to clear required background check
