Job Summary

As a  Shift Lead , you’ll take ownership of the restaurant during your shift; leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll work closely with store leadership and play a key role in setting the tone for the team every day.

What You’ll DoLead & Support the Team

• Lead, motivate, and coach team members during your shift
• Train staff on service standards, food prep, and safety procedures
• Act as the go-to person for any shift-related issues

Deliver Great Guest Experience

• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high standards for order accuracy and speed

Run Daily Operations

• Oversee food prep, order flow, and cleanliness
• Ensure the restaurant is stocked, organized, and ready for service
• Follow proper cash handling and POS procedures

Maintain Safety & Standards

• Enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
• Keep a clean, safe environment for both team and guests

What We’re Looking For Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or quick-service environment preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available for 1 week of paid training at company headquarters
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience training or supervising team members
• Background in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations
