Summer Help Laborer - Engineer

The Portage County Engineer is accepting applications for the full‑time seasonal position of Summer Help Laborer . Responsibilities The selected candidate(s) will perform manual labor tasks to assist with the maintenance, construction, and repair of county roads, bridges, and culverts, and will perform other duties as required. Qualifications Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum age of 18 years, and a valid State of Ohio Driver’s License. Enrollment in college is preferred. Compensation and Work Hours The position is a maximum of 600 hours seasonal, full‑time hours, paid $15.00 per hour.
