Bilingual Receptionist

Creative Risk Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners while providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations. Because this position regularly assists Spanish-speaking customers, fluency in both English and Spanish is required . Serve as the primary receptionist, working closely with the administrative team to support daily business functions. Answer and route incoming calls, including handling overflow and backflow calls as needed. Assist customers in both English and Spanish by taking loss reports and gathering claim information over the phone. Process claim-related documentation, including attaching and uploading documents into company systems. Enter and maintain W-9 information accurately within the system. Manage and process returned physical mail Provide general administrative support and assist with miscellaneous projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Must be Spanish bilingual with both written and verbal communication Experience: 1+ years prior work experience with receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
