Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LLC, a litigation defense firm with over 200 employees, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented law school graduate to join our firm as an entry-level Litigation Associate in its Madison or Green Bay, Wisconsin office. This position is ideal for candidates who are recent graduates interested in developing their litigation skills in a fast-paced and supportive setting. Duties and Responsibilities Manage file throughout litigation processes independently and as part of the team. Conduct fact investigations. Handle document productions and other discovery tasks. Prepare witnesses for deposition. Take and defend depositions. Prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions. Review and analyze policies, contracts, and other legal documents. Court hearing preparation and attendance.
