Location: ALL - Kenmore, Kirkland, & Snohomish, WASchedule: Full-Time | Minimum 36 Hours per Week | 12-Hour ShiftsPay Range:RN $49/hourTrach & Vent Training Provided Benefits That Support You *Competitive pay: RN $49/hour* Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave. * Employer-funded HRA - up to $1,500 annually. * 401(k) with employer match. * Paid training and continuous skill development.Float RN - Make an Impact in a Low-Stress, Home-Like SettingJoin Alliance Nursing as a Float RN or LPN and support our three Adult Family Homes while enjoying guaranteed hours, variety, and a calm, relationship-focused environment.What You'll GetGuaranteed 36 hrs/week (three 12s)Consistent flexibility - pick your two days off; at least one weekend day may be neededLow ratios - maximum of 4 residents per nurse plus 24/7 aide assistanceFull paid training - ventilator, trach, and ongoing clinical supportAlways supported - 24/7 clinical supervisors + a close-knit teamPredictable schedules - weekly schedule released every Friday by 5 PMIf you want stable hours, meaningful work, and a peaceful setting without hospital chaos, this is it.What You'll DoProvide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.What You Need to Get Started:You'll need an active, unrestricted Washington State LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification.
