We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Programmer to support the production of high-precision aerospace components. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for complex parts requiring tight tolerances and strict adherence to aerospace standards. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of CNC programming experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong background in machining high-performance materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC milling programs for multi-axis machines (3, 4, and 5-axis).
• Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, CAD models, and specifications to produce accurate toolpaths.
• Ensure all programs meet tight tolerance requirements and aerospace quality standards.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
• Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality teams to resolve design or machining challenges.
• Perform program prove-outs, first article inspections, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and refine existing programs to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all programs, setups, and revisions.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including traceability and documentation standards.
