What You’ll Do You’ll create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient by: Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations Supporting clear communication between patients and providers Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready What You Bring Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfort working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred) A positive attitude and a commitment to patient centered service Why you’ll Love Working Here We take care of our team so they can take care of patients.
