Position Overview

We're in search of a dedicated Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become part of a talented imaging team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, ensuring clear explanations of each step
• Engage and cooperate with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Efficiently operate and maintain imaging equipment, addressing any malfunctions swiftly
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical system
• Update yourself on advancements in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• A completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Skills Needed

• Exceptional technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques as well as patient positioning
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
