Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure for Colorado or ability to obtain
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing preschool caseloads (40-60 students)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to preschool students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with another SLP in the building for support
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Document progress and maintain accurate reports in compliance with school requirements
