Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Women & Infant Float Pool position requiring AWHONN Intermediate certification and flexibility to float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units.

• Women & Infant Float Pool position requiring floating between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30)
• Call required
• Weekend coverage required

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
• EFM experience preferred
• Two professional references required, with at least one from a Manager/Director or formal leadership role and the second acceptable from a Charge RN (no coworker references)

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units as part of a float pool role
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Former employees eligible for assignment after being away from the facility for 6 months or more
• RTO must be requested and built into the contract at time of submission, limited to 7 days or less
• Candidates must complete Ohio fingerprinting promptly after signing contract, with urgency required due to compliance deadlines
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
