Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Women & Infant Float Pool – Ohio

Schedule: Rotating shifts with call and weekend coverage required

Highlights:

• Float position across three specialized units: Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum
• Work within a Level 4 Maternity Center providing advanced maternal and neonatal care
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required; previous charge experience preferred
• Comprehensive maternal-fetal specialty role with diverse patient populations
• Travel and local candidates accepted
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required

Requirements:

• Active Compact or Ohio RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Preferred Certifications: AWHONN Advanced, EFM (External Fetal Monitoring) experience
• Experience with administration of blood products, antepartum/postpartum care, cesarean section support, magnesium sulfate therapy, pitocin administration, and newborn assessment
• 2 professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Ability to float between multiple units and provide coverage for call and weekend shifts
• Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately upon contract signing
