Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Women & Infant Float Pool – Ohio

Start Date: October 19, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Float pool position requiring flexibility across multiple units. Call and weekend coverage required.

Highlights:

• Float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
• Level 4 Maternity Center offering comprehensive maternal and infant care
• Exposure to diverse case mix including high-risk antepartum, multiple births, and low birth weight infants
• Travel nursing assignment with local candidates accepted at the same rate
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred

Requirements:

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Required Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Preferred Certifications: AWHONN Advanced, EFM experience
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Former employees must have been away from the facility for 6 months or more
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Completion of Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately upon contract signing
