Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state OT license (or eligibility)
- Prior experience working with pediatric or school populations
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork
- Adaptability and creative problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students’ needs to determine appropriate goals and service plans
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions
- Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills for student success
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom and daily routines
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide consultative support to staff and caregivers
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.70 to $56.70. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
