Weekend Receptionist

Job Summary:

AdviniaCare Summit Commons is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As a key member of our facility team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors while answering and transferring phone calls, directing family members and visitors to the units, and communicating with the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and transfer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors
• Direct family members and visitors to the units and around the facility
• Communicate housekeeping needs to the housekeeping department
• Work effectively with the facility team as a whole
• Develop strong communication and phone skills
• Demonstrate command over the English language

Schedule:

• Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday), and alternating holidays.
• 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
