Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

Rates up to $55/hour – based on experience and shift

Position Overview

The Weekend RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight throughout the facility during the weekend overnight shift. This position helps ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with facility policies, care plans, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Rhode Island or applicable Compact State license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to lead and support a nursing team in a fast-paced environment
