CMA Architects & Engineers, LLC is a full-service engineering and architecture design firm with over 65 years of experience. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual Accountant to join our Administration Department.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generation
- Knowledge in Sage 50 Accounting and familiar with similar accounting systems
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts like journal entries, account analysis, account reconciliation, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeeping
- Fully bilingual — Spanish and English (required).
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills.
