Data Analyst

Role Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst to use your quantitative skill set, dedication and collaborative spirit to provide data-driven insights. You will play a critical role in advancing how we impact our members, personalize their experience and measure the outcomes of our impact. This role reports to the Director of Strategy and Analytics. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Drive the full cycle of analytics: requirement gathering, data collection, data modeling, visualization, analysis and actionable insights.
• Identify issues, develop hypotheses and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into actionable insights and make recommendations to the internal partners.
• Enable our organization to continue to be highly data-driven as we scale by performing ad hoc analyses, conducting research and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance.
• Work closely with different teams to understand their analytical needs, including identifying critical success metrics and KPIs and deliver actionable insights to support achieving business strategy.
• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems.
• Monitor key performance metrics, understanding root causes of changes in metrics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data collection, data modeling and visualization.
• Skills in performing ad hoc analyses and conducting research.
• Competency in building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance.
• Capability to identify critical success metrics and KPIs.
• Expertise in structuring complex and ambiguous strategic problems.
• Understanding of root causes of changes in key performance metrics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
