Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a highvolume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.


*Primary Responsibilities*

* Handle inbound calls (50-100+ per day depending on complexity)
* Make occasional followup outbound calls
* Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information
* Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism
* Accurately enter and update detailed information
* Use multiple software systems to track and document calls
* Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
* Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures


*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* 1 year of highvolume call center experience within the past 2-3 years
*Technical Skills*

* Typing minimum 30 WPM
* Strong computer navigation skills
* Ability to multitask across multiple systems


*Soft Skills*

* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor
* Reliable, consistent attendance


*Schedule Requirements*

* Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM
* You will receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)
* Mandatory overtime during January and February

* 4 weeks of paid onsite training
* Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
