Inbound Call Center Representative

This position is 100% onsite Plymouth, Michigan

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in a high ? volume inbound call center supporting patients, providers, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound calls (50-100+ per day depending on complexity)

+ Make occasional follow ? up outbound calls

+ Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential medical information

+ Deliver exceptional service with empathy and professionalism

+ Accurately enter and update detailed information

+ Use multiple software systems to track and document calls

+ Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

+ Quality and accuracy metrics will be key performance measures

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of high ? volume call center experience within the past 2-3 years

Technical Skills

+ Typing minimum 30 WPM

+ Strong computer navigation skills

+ Ability to multitask across multiple systems

Soft Skills

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and listening skills

+ Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor

+ Reliable, consistent attendance

Schedule Requirements

+ Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM

+ You will receive a set schedule within those hours after training (example: 8am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday)

+ Mandatory overtime during January and February

Training Details

+ 4 weeks of paid onsite training

+ Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
