Role Description The Leasing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position located in Seminole, FL, responsible for supporting all aspects of the leasing process for residential properties. This role includes greeting prospective residents, scheduling and conducting property tours, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and lease terms. The Leasing Coordinator prepares and processes lease documents, collects application materials, coordinates move-in and move-out activities, and maintains up-to-date records in property management systems. Daily tasks also involve managing phone calls and emails, tracking leads, assisting with marketing efforts such as online listings and signage, and collaborating with maintenance and management teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy. The role requires consistent, professional communication with residents and prospects, as well as attention to detail in documentation and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning property management or CRM systems.
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple inquiries, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail for reviewing applications, lease documents, and resident information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to work on-site in Seminole, FL, including occasional evening or weekend hours as needed for showings or resident needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or coursework in business, real estate, or administration is beneficial. xhyhwjd
• Knowledge of basic leasing practices, fair housing principles, and local rental regulations is a plus.
