Entry Level Communications Associate

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level  Communications Associate to join our growing community outreach and marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in communications, nonprofit outreach, public relations, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement .

The Communications Associate will receive paid training and hands-on mentorship while gaining experience representing nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives at live events, promotional activities, and outreach programs.

No previous nonprofit or communications experience is required. We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and people-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives at events and outreach activities
• Engage with customers, community members, and the public in a professional manner
• Communicate information about nonprofit programs, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives
• Support event marketing, promotional campaigns, and fundraising efforts
• Build positive relationships with community members and supporters
• Assist with community outreach and public engagement activities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and event goals
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of nonprofit partners

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, communications, marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
