PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Business Analyst

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Fit/Gap Analysis, System Integration Testing, CAPPS Financials, AWE, Microsoft O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, STAT Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts. Conduct fit/gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 solutions. Support Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations. Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces. Create functional documentation, process flows, and test artifacts. Collaborate with project teams using Microsoft Teams and O365 applications. Participate in issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities. Work with stakeholders to improve financial business processes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. 8+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations. 8+ years of experience gathering requirements and conducting fit/gap analysis. 8+ years of experience performing end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces. Strong proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). Experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Federal, State, or Local Government organizations. Experience with Texas CAPPS Financials (Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts). Experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE). Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, and STAT.
