Commercial Project Administrator

Responsibilities Provide transactional SAP support including set-up of new projects and resource assignments Provide SAP maintenance for project budgets, sales orders and milestone billings Support the purchase order process including purchase requisition initiation, processing goods receipts and prepayments, and close coordination with accounts payable and external vendors Assist in shipping processes (maintaining commercial invoices and proof of delivery) Assist in gathering information to support claims, liquidated damages, change orders, etc. Provide ad-hoc reconciliations, reporting and analysis Assist in tax assessment process Assist in inventory reconciliation Requirements 3-5 Years of experience in a financial role for large projects BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related experience Ability to work US-based working hours Strong Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills Working knowledge of project accounting methods Working knowledge of project related activities Organized and detail-oriented Solid time-management skills Strong ability to multi-task A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detail Preferred system experience: SAP S/4 HANA, Primavera Unifer Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP transactional support, project accounting methods, and financial analysis, with a strong focus on budget management and reporting.
