Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating an SMT machine. You will perform machine changeovers, make mechanical adjustments, and set up the feeder. Additionally, you will use the machine's computer interface to load programs that guide the production of printed circuit boards. Verification of component placements and polarity before production runs is crucial. You'll be provided with work instructions, bills of materials, and production setup sheets. Monitoring production defects and taking corrective action is essential, as is documenting all work to ensure quality goals and manufacturing counts are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate an SMT machine.
• Perform machine changeovers and mechanical adjustments.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
