Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a high-growth investment management firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you'll oversee full-cycle recruitment for corporate technology and finance positions across several office locations throughout the US. You'll partner closely with firm leadership and hiring managers on current and upcoming hiring needs, identifying and attracting top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end, full-cycle recruitment for corporate technology and finance roles, from sourcing through offer stage Build and maintain talent pipelines of both passive and active candidates Manage a requisition load of 10-20 open positions at any given time Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other job boards and talent platforms Identify and attract top talent by crafting personalized outreach that effectively communicates the firm's value proposition Research and understand the competitive talent landscape Schedule and conduct candidate screening calls to assess qualifications and overall fit Maintain detailed records of candidate engagement and sourcing activity in Greenhouse (ATS) Partner with hiring managers to understand the ideal candidate profile and role requirements Prepare interview materials, scorecards, and debrief agendas for hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (ATS) Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports to track progress against hiring goals Assist the HR team with background checks, reference checks, and job posting administration Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on process improvement initiatives and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of agency recruiting or corporate talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting for technology or finance roles Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices Experience using applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse Proficiency sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
