Remote Mortgage Analyst & Processing Specialist (U.S. Investor Lending)

United States (Remote) Role Overview We are a U.S.-based mortgage brokerage specializing in Bridge & DSCR investor loans. We are hiring a full-time Remote Mortgage Analyst & Processing Specialist to support quote generation, loan packaging, lender portal submissions, and borrower coordination. The ideal candidate works well independently, takes ownership, is strong with numbers, and thrives in a performance-based environment. Core Responsibilities Run DSCR and hard money lender calculators Generate side-by-side quote comparisons Submit loans through lender portals Pre-underwrite files before submission Review borrower documents (LLC docs, bank statements, leases, insurance) Calculate DSCR, LTV, ARV, rehab budgets Clear conditions and track closing timelines Coordinate title, insurance, appraisal, and borrower requests Maintain pipeline tracking sheet Required Skills Strong math and financial analysis skills Advanced Google Sheets / Excel / Adobe / CRM / Dropbox / Corporate Gmail Detail-oriented Independent problem solver Strong written English Comfortable working U.S. hours Preferred Background (Not customer service) Mortgage loan processing (U.S.) Financial analyst / credit analyst Real estate investor support Accounting background Performance Metrics Quote turnaround time under 1 hour Fast submission-to-clear-to-close timeline Condition response time under 24 hours Apply for this Position sdfsldfkjskdflksjdkfll More Open Positions Remote (Work from Anywhere in the Philippines) Join LeadMaker as a proactive Virtual Assistant!
