This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role at the intersection of logistics, supply chain operations, and enterprise technology. The Logistics Business Analyst will support and enhance the TMS environment while partnering closely with business teams to improve transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes across global operations. The position offers strong ownership across system enhancements, integrations, testing, deployments, and continuous optimization initiatives that improve efficiency, automation, and operational visibility.

The Logistics Business Analyst will serve as the primary Business Analyst supporting the organization's Transportation Management System (TMS), with additional involvement in Warehouse Management (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) as needed. This role partners closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements, support solution design, coordinate testing efforts, and drive continuous process and system improvements across global operations. Role & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for system configurations, integrations, and enhancements
• Support implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities for TMS and WMS platforms
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions align with operational and technical requirements
• Partner with SAP functional and technical teams to support integrations across transportation, warehousing, shipping, billing, and order management processes
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for transportation and warehouse systems, including root cause analysis and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, streamline workflows, and enhance operational visibility and data accuracy
• Develop and maintain process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including dashboards, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Ensure supported systems align with enterprise standards, governance practices, and security requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications
• Experience supporting or implementing Transportation Management Systems (TMS) in a logistics, supply chain, or distribution environment
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, and IT teams
• General knowledge of SAP and enterprise system integrations
• Experience supporting testing activities including integration testing and UAT
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators preferred
• Exposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments preferred
