Installs, upgrades, service calls, troubleshooting - residential start to finish You set the standard for the apprentices working with you Clean, code-compliant work you're proud to sign your name on Home every night - no travel, no long hauls What We Need From You Construction background - this is non-negotiable for us Real residential electrical experience - you know what you're doing without being told The ability to walk into someone's home and make them feel like they made the right call hiring us Journeyman license or serious field experience Valid driver's license and a professional attitude What You’re Walking Into $30-$38+/hr and we mean the '+' - performance matters and we pay for it Weekly pay, no waiting Year-round work - Knox County keeps us busy A company that's been doing this right for years and isn't going anywhere Real path to senior leadership if you want it - we grow from within This Role Is Not For Everyone If you want someone to tell you what to do all day, this isn't it.
