Join Our Women's Health Team as an OB/GYN Hospitalist

We are looking for a dedicated full-scope OB/GYN Hospitalist to become part of our expanding women's health team on the picturesque Eastern Shore of Maryland. This role provides a unique chance to engage in comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care within a collaborative hospital setting, while also contributing to the education of future physicians through our ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program. • Full-scope OB/GYN hospitalist role
• Flexible shift options: 12 or 24-hour shifts available
• Oversee labor and delivery, manage obstetric emergencies, and provide gynecologic care
• Collaborate with a supportive team of physicians, midwives, and nursing staff
• Engage in teaching OB/GYN residents as part of our accredited residency program
• Work in a nurturing hospital environment with robust specialty support

• Weekday Day Shift (12 hours): $193.33/hour, totaling $2,320 per shift
• Weekday Night Shift (12 hours): $232/hour, totaling $2,784 per shift
• Weekend & Holiday Day Shift (12 hours): $212.66/hour, totaling $2,552 per shift
• Weekend Night & Holiday Shift (12 hours): $250/hour, totaling $3,000 per shift

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN coverage
• Manage patients during labor and delivery
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and perform triage
• Conduct cesarean deliveries and gynecologic procedures
• Collaborate with local OB/GYN physicians and midwives
• Teach and supervise OB/GYN residents during their clinical rotations (mandatory)
• Participate in a team-oriented approach to patient care and education

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for a medical license in Maryland
• Interest in academic medicine and resident education
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
