We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Physician specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology to become part of our growing team at our facility in Salisbury, MD. As a member of our physician-led multi-specialty group, you will be part of a community-focused organization dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare. Our team of over 500 providers enjoys an excellent work-life balance in this picturesque coastal area.
Compensation and Benefits- Salary Range: $358,000 - $447,000 (based on experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality-based incentives
- A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, and a CME allowance

- Deliver exceptional patient care in obstetrics and gynecology, encompassing both routine and high-risk obstetric services, gynecological surgeries, and preventive care.
- Mentor and supervise OB/GYN residents in both inpatient and outpatient environments, providing didactic education, practical training, and constructive feedback.
- Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities.
- Assist residents with their research projects and contribute to academic publications and presentations.
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology and comprehensive women's health services.
