Must have HVAC service and install experience.
There is a lot of variety: Service, installation, replacements, new construction, remodels, annual check & cleans, duct cleanings, dryer vent cleanings, radon mitigation system installation, and warranty work. We install & service furances, boilers, A/C units, heat pumps, and mini-splits. We have residential & commercial customers and many builders and property management companies that we work for. No two days are the same. You will be responsible for keeping your service van clean and organized.
Most of our work is in the Washington, Ozaukee & Sheboygan County areas but we do occasionally travel to the Milwaukee suburbs and north to Fond du lac and west to Dodge Counties. In order to serve our customers promptly, employees must live within 30 mintues of West Bend.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a self starter, honest, reliable and willing to take on multiple projects and tasks. Project management is a must for our new construction and remodel jobs. Must also have your own basic hand tools and having a good driving record is a must.
Our company first and foremost believes in providing our customers with quality work at a fair price. We are looking for employees who will go out of their way for our customers. Most of our customers are repeat, who know us and the service we provide. The majority of our new customers are by referral which is a huge compliment to us.
We are looking for someone that can service our customers solo within a day or two of starting and on-boarding is complete. Applicants without experience will not be considered.
