Work a 4‑day work week seeing 11–14 patients per day. Average patient age of 80 with focus on complex comorbidity management. Competitive guaranteed base salary with built‑in partnership track for ancillary income. $25,000 sign‑on bonus and $15,000 relocation stipend.
