Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking an energetic, motivated results-oriented person to join our Sales Recruiting department. This individual will be involved in many facets of our sales recruitment processes. Specific job duties include: Screening/interviewing candidates on the phone; Scheduling Zoom & in person interviews with team members and local offices; Logistical support for our recruiting department’s various activities including career fair preparation & other events throughout the year (not as an on-site recruiter; only logistical support); Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing and referral methods; Process reimbursements and sponsorship fees for interviews; Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of candidate activity within the applicant tracking system; Support hiring metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives; Create Social Media posts for hiring initiatives; Other duties as assigned Experience & Qualifications: Ability to work full-time in an office 8-5; Experience with interviewing and screening processes; Strong administrative/operations skills; Organized, detail-oriented and dependable; Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where the solutions have to be both developed and executed; Knowledge and experience working within an ATS environment The anticipated pay range for this position will be $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience plus a bonus opportunity for hiring performance.
