Packing Associate

Job Overview Packing Associates are responsible for moving, sorting, vacuum‑sealing, and packaging goods in our food processing kitchen and warehouse. Shift Times AM shifts: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm (times may vary based on position) Location 4025 1st Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98134 Compensation Base hourly wage: $23.75. Salary range may vary based on experience and other factors. Bonus and benefits are not included in the hourly rate. Job Requirements Friendly, energetic, highly motivated Open availability Experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for long periods Positive and professional attitude Physical Demands Work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, extreme heat, and extreme cold Sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, talk and/or hear Vision abilities: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adaptation Lift up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and push a cart up to 100 pounds Exposure to hot and cold temperatures Follow all safety procedures, use safety words, ask for assistance as needed Practice proper body mechanics and use appropriate PPE: cutting gloves, back support belt, goggles, long gloves, and other PPE as needed Applicant Eligibility Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally.
