Senior Marketing Specialist: Location: Urbandale, IA Duration: 6+ Month Contract Pay Range: 30 - 35/hr, W 2 Responsibilities: Manage moderately complex projects or components of larger projects from start to finish to achieve business outcomes. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Establish and manage project governance structures and stakeholder engagement. Oversee project team members, manage tasks, workload, and deadlines effectively. Maintain a comprehensive scope document and suggest changes as needed throughout the project. Actively manage project risks and issues, sharing lessons learned and implementing recommendations. Collaborate with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources for the project. Provide accurate cost estimates and regular reporting on project fees. Interact and communicate effectively with project teams, third-party providers, and clients. Provide technical support and input on project proposals of average to difficult complexity. Requirements: Must be a team player. Experience working with mid-market communications teams. Capability to partner with HR organizations to create and distribute employee benefit marketing materials. Experience in working with clients and consultants to announce open enrollment.
