Data Modeler / Analyst with AEP (Adobe Experience Platform)

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Modeler / Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data ingestion, modeling, and activation across Adobe and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement data modeling strategies for customer segmentation, personalization, and activation across channels
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and AEP architects to align platform capabilities with marketing analytics and customer experience goals
• Support developers in setting up data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and activating customer data using AEP tools such as Data Collection, Data Lake, and Identity Services
• Design and implement schemas using XDM (Experience Data Model) and ensure data governance and compliance
• Provide best practices for onboarding new channel sources into AEP, including data modeling and data privacy for CDP implementation
• Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end users and stakeholders
• Perform data validation for ingested data and pipelines across source systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security
• Provide ongoing documentation support

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 9+ years of experience in data platforms with strong domain expertise
• 4+ years of experience in AEP implementation
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform development
• Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design
• Experience with data ingestion processes using JSON and XML in CDP environments
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality best practices
• Ability to design and develop data pipelines and integrations using AEP
• Strong knowledge of governance, security, and compliance practices
• Ability to troubleshoot data quality issues and performance bottlenecks
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and data science teams
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act
• Ability to analyze data trends and provide business insights
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with marketing data lakes (AWS or Microsoft Azure)
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform
• Experience with AEP Web SDK and Mobile SDK
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms and CDPs
