Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights and help drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
• Support data-driven decision-making across teams
• Automate repetitive data processes where possible

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in data analysis or similar role

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with large datasets and databases
• Knowledge of ETL processes
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
