Compensation We Offer The initial compensation for this position ranges from $91,586 to $112,639 per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations. 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, and select Peer Certifications. 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions. Job Summary Acts on behalf of functional management and/or an initiative executive sponsor to plan and manage the execution of strategic and critical projects. Participates in activities that develop, coordinate, and implement resources to respond to strategic business needs, improve the quality of agency services, and increase awareness of agency programs and services in the community. Requires robust knowledge of and experience in project management methodology and implementation. Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to support agency strategic goals. Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment. Facilitate meetings and communication channels between stakeholders and project team members. Proactively identify and monitor project risks, facilitating the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Provide change‑management consultation and leadership to project teams and other agency stakeholders through change. Develop, implement, and manage quality improvement project plans. Develop and support methods and platforms to improve communication among executive leadership, directors, managers, and line staff; support standardization of business procedures and rollout of new technologies and corporate policies or practices. May represent the agency at external events and meetings to communicate agenda and philosophy; participate in projects and forums that improve resources for youth and families. Perform other duties as assigned to support specific department or business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or a related field plus at least 3 years of experience in project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education). At least 1 additional year of experience conducting qualitative research within the social or behavioral science fields. Physical Requirements Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell. Required to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Driving required. May have unsupervised contact with children. Requires full background check and TB exam.
