Everlane's Los Angeles Creative Studio seeks a Retention Marketing Specialist to build and optimize email and SMS programs that keep customers engaged. You will run campaigns, test segmentation, and shape lifecycle flows from welcome to churn-risk, collaborating with cross-functional partners to translate insights into action. Based in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office per week, Tue–Thu), you will own execution and reporting, leveraging ESP platforms like Klaviyo or #J-18808-Ljbffr Everlane
