Job Description
The Onsite Recruiter supports workforce operations by recruiting associates for open positions, coordinating onboarding, maintaining timekeeping records, and monitoring workplace readiness and performance. This role works directly with associates on the floor to promote compliance, organization, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Recruit associates to fill available job positions.
- Onboard new associates and support their integration into the workplace.
- Add associates to the time clock system.
- Walk the floor to verify that associates have the proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Monitor associates to ensure they are performing their assigned work.
- Maintain organized timesheets.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to manage workforce-related information.
- Help maintain order and compliance among onsite associates.
This position is offered through a staffing agency. Candidates will be interviewed as part of the hiring process, and the final hiring decision will be made by the client company. Employment is contingent upon the client's selection and approval.
