Experience: Prior experience with digital dentistry and patient care for individuals with disabilities preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $140.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide dental services to residents at the Supported Living Center, including advanced and routine care
• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document clinical encounters in electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with all safety and treatment protocols, including best practices for patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote oral health and hygiene
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation of treatments and procedures
• Adhere to facility policies, CMS standards, and state regulations

What You Need

• Required:
• Current and unrestricted Texas dental license (via TDLR)
• DEA registration (unrestricted)
• CPR/BLS certification (current)
• NPI number
• Ability to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills
• Preferred:
• Experience with digital dentistry and caring for individuals with disabilities

About the Assignment This position is with a leading facility in Mexia, Texas, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role involves working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to enhance residents' oral health and quality of life. No after-hours call required; schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, after initial training.
