Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide preventative and therapeutic dental hygiene care to residents, including those with intellectual disabilities
• Perform oral assessments, cleanings, and educative services
• Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Assist in developing and implementing patient-specific treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and facility protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in clinical procedures

What You Need

• Current Texas Dental Hygienist license and unrestricted BLS certification
• Prior experience in dental hygiene, preferably with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while adhering to team protocols
• Familiarity with electronic health records is preferred
