Job Description As a Renewal Account Executive - Mid Value Remote in the United States within our Digital Shipping Solutions team at Pitney Bowes, your role as a client-centric sales professional who is forward-thinking and focused on closing will have a direct impact on Pitney Bowes\' Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goal. This is a remote Inside Sales position. Qualified talent must reside in the United States. Candidates based in California will not be considered at this time. The wage range for this position is $21.88 / hour + , with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This position is eligible to earn incentive-based pay, bringing the OTE to $75000 / annually. Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Your commitment to championing new ideas, strategies, or concepts will ensure that the business is retained and the client is satisfied. A successful Renewal Account Executive - Mid Value will be a subject matter expert on Pitney Bowes SendTech Shipping and Mailing Solutions. You Are A product-oriented seller who takes pride in driving client satisfaction. An individual who has a keen eye to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within Pitney Bowes suite of solutions. Continually learning and developing as an Account Executive in the Technology space. An experienced Inside Sales professional with experience in the Shipping or Mailing Domains. You will Work directly with an assigned team of Enterprise Account Executives. Generate, upgrade, and manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business or multilocation accounts through outbound calling. Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to generate quotes, support closing transactions, and process order information to retain core revenue. Present and close sales virtually or over the phone with existing clients. Manage the follow-up activities for inbound leads along with securing appointments for Enterprise Account Executives and Product Specialists. Overcome plausible objections by positioning program benefits, features, and the company\'s value proposition. Successfully navigate the complexities and regulations of lease, rental, and renewal contracts/agreements. Effectively plan and document sales activities, document customer information, execute campaigns, develop pipeline, and execute forecasting activities utilizing Salesforce. Complete other duties as assigned. Your Background as a Renewal Account Executive - Mid Value , you have Experience with direct client interaction in a sales capacity. Shipping or Mailing Domain with a foundational understanding of carrier solutions. Strong understanding and prior experience selling SaaS solutions (eCommerce / Warehouse Shipping / Mailing Solutions / Office Shipping preferred). A proven background of client retention. Successfully closed business over the phone or in virtual meetings. Excellent written and verbal (phone) communication. A mid level of initiating outbound sales calls. A strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
