Clinical Contracts and Budget Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: San Diego, CA, 92130
Pay range: $65-70/hr
Duration: 6 months contract

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

6+ years of direct experience in clinical site contract negotiation and management
Proven track record managing high-volume, parallel site negotiations
Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements, site budgets, and payment processes
Ability to review, triage, and resolve contract issues independently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

Lead the negotiation, review, and management of clinical site contracts and budgets
Collaborate with sites and internal teams for smooth contract startup and execution
Ensure timely payments and manage site financial activities
Support and mentor team members on contract processes
Develop and improve site contracting and budget workflows
