Oversee costing and quality for Omni channel sourcing and operations. Develop and maintain supplier relationships. Lead sourcing opportunities and ensure supplier capability. Guide partners and suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and price goals. Analyze data and compile reports to support business decisions. What you’ll bring: Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women’s categories. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3+ years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing; 4-6 years with major brands or importers/agents. Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate business priorities and drive results.
