Oklahoma Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Front Desk Team Member for our Oklahoma City location.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team based format and takes pride in helping patients navigate their dental benefits and treatment needs.
As a privately owned practice, the owners is actively involved in the office and works alongside our team. We are not a corporate dental group, which means our focus remains on patient care, teamwork, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with patients by phone and in person as primary task
• Reviewing and verifying treatment plans
• Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Calculating patient out-of-pocket estimates
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering phones and assisting patients
• Supporting the clinical and administrative team
The ideal candidate will be:

✔ A team player willing to jump in wherever needed to help the office succeed
