Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, you will:

• Conduct couples therapy sessions and individual therapy for family members, focusing on understanding dynamics and improving communication.

• Assess and tailor treatment plans for various emotional and psychological issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, blended family adjustments, and job-related stress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address client needs, promoting healing and growth.
\n
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation compliant with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring quality care and continuity.

• Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and training sessions to bolster professional development and share best practices with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will encompass working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents, experiencing various challenges. These may include difficulties in familial relationships, managing grief, or adjusting to major life changes such as separation and divorce. By addressing these issues holistically and collaboratively, you will support clients in navigating their journeys toward healthier emotional states.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

At Bend Mental Healthcare Center, we value our therapists by offering competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.
