Student Records Clerk Federal Work-Study

GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION:Under the direction of the College Registrar, this Federal Work-Study position provides administrative support for the office.NOTE: Must be a currently enrolled student at Ivy Tech Community College to be eligible for this position.EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES:Understand how the Registrar’s Office functions and supports the teaching and learning of a collegeLearn and use technology that supports the Registrar’s OfficeHow to collaborate and provide customer service.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Check the office mail and distribute mail to the campuses and to the student hub.Image and scan student records.Monitors the office inbox and communicates information.Assists with data entry for processing transcripts.Assists the office in troubleshooting system issues.This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned.
