As a Laser Operator at Norlen, part of Ryerson family of companies, you will be responsible for operationg of our laser cutting machines. Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines (Amada)
• Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures
• Load and unload raw materials and finished product using forklifts
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment and designated work area
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
